For any destinations in the world, your order will be shipped via “DHL PARCEL .
When your parcel has left the studio, an email will be sent with your tracking details, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. However some orders will take 3-4 days to process.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day.
All Ananda Ibiza orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers must therefore provide an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
